Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-29

These terms are an agreement between you and Scaling Adventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), the operator of Tracebird. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Tracebird, you agree to them. If you use Tracebird for a company, you confirm you can bind that company, and "you" means the company. Tracebird is a business tool; you must be at least 18.

The service

Tracebird helps you monitor ad performance and automate budget and status changes on the ad accounts you connect. Access is by invitation, and we may accept or decline sign-ups at our discretion. We may change or improve features over time; if we remove a core feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Automations change real ad spend

Automation rules you enable act on your live ad accounts: they can pause or activate ads and raise or lower budgets, which changes what you spend. You are responsible for the rules you create or approve, for checking their results, and for your ad accounts and spend. Use dry-run mode and the built-in guardrails to preview and limit changes before going live. Guardrails reduce risk but do not eliminate it: automations can be delayed, fail, or act on incomplete or delayed data from ad platforms. Tracebird does not guarantee any advertising result, and we are not responsible for ad spend, lost sales, or other outcomes of changes made by rules you configured.

Your account and connected platforms

  • Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the members you invite.
  • Only connect ad accounts and data sources you are authorized to manage, and only share Google Sheets you are allowed to share.
  • Your use of Meta, HYROS, Google, Stripe, and other connected services is also governed by their terms (for example, Meta's Terms and Advertising Policies). We are not responsible for those services, their data, or changes to their APIs, and features that depend on them may stop working if they change or revoke access.

Free trial

New workspaces may get a 14-day free trial with limited features (for example, one Meta ad account). No payment details are required, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. When it ends, paid features stop until you choose a plan.

Paid plans, automatic renewal, and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in U.S. dollars, monthly in advance, through Stripe. Prices are shown on the billing page before you subscribe and exclude any applicable taxes.
  • Your subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • You can cancel online at any time from Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where required by law or where we decide otherwise. For billing questions or refund requests, email support@scalingadventures.com.

Late payment and suspension

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and you will be notified by email. You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. After that, live features (including running automations and syncing ad data) are paused until payment succeeds. Your data is kept while the account is paused. We may also suspend access immediately if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service, other customers, or connected ad accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Tracebird: do not access other workspaces or accounts, probe or overload the service, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, resell it without our permission, scrape it, or use it to break any law or platform policy (including Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Standards).

Your data and our intellectual property

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and support Tracebird, as described in our Privacy Policy, where we act as your processor for connected ad data. We own Tracebird, including its software and design; these terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Termination

You may stop using Tracebird at any time, cancel your subscription, and delete your workspace in Settings. We may terminate these terms on 30 days' notice, or immediately for a material breach. After termination you can ask us to export your data within 30 days; we then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.

Disclaimers

Tracebird is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Tracebird will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data from connected platforms is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or ad spend, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to Tracebird is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them (for example, for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Scaling Adventures LLC against third-party claims arising from your data, your ad accounts and campaigns, your automation rules, or your breach of these terms or of a connected platform's terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Tracebird after that means you accept the changes; if you do not agree, cancel before they take effect.
