  • Ad account timezone in Ads ManagerApp

Ads Manager has a Timezone menu next to the date range. Ad account timezone, the default and the same as the extension's, shows each ad account's own days as Meta and Google Ads report them, so spend matches the ad platforms, and Today is each account's own today. My timezone puts every account on your Settings timezone, splitting each day's spend by its hourly spend. Dashboards stay on your timezone.

  • My timezone worksExtension 0.1.39

The popup's My timezone option loads again and now moves spend onto your timezone too, by each ad account's hourly spend, so ROAS and CAC compare the same hours. Today, Yesterday and Last 7 days mean your own days; picked dates stay as they are. Ad account timezone stays the default, and each row's sales use its own ad account's timezone.

  • Tracking alerts in Ads ManagerApp

Ads whose URL parameters are missing ad_id, adset_id, campaign_id or the utm_* tags now show a warning icon next to their name; hover it to see exactly what's missing. Campaigns and ad sets show how many of their running ads need fixing. Turn it off with the Tracking alerts switch above the table.

  • Tracking alerts in Ads ManagerExtension 0.1.36

A warning icon next to any campaign, ad set or ad missing the URL parameters Tracebird matches sales with; hover it to see what to fix. On by default; turn it off in the popup's Columns tab. Also: Refresh numbers in Ads Manager now always refetches like the popup's button, rows missing from a reply retry instead of sticking at 0, and the popup header shows the version.

  • Ad spend on your clockIntegrations

Meta and Google Ads report each ad account's own day. Tracebird now syncs hourly spend and splits those days onto your timezone, so spend and revenue always cover the same hours (no more Sydney spend against New York revenue).

  • Your own timezone for every numberApp

Pick your timezone in Settings → Preferences (New York by default). Every date range, total and chart, including CRM, Stripe, Whop and HubSpot revenue, contacts and split tests, now uses that one clock, and each teammate sees data in their own timezone.

  • Amounts in your currencyExtension

Revenue, spend, CAC and AOV now show in the currency you chose in Settings > Preferences, converted at daily exchange rates, even when an ad account uses another currency (an AUD account no longer shows A$).

  • A clearer setup pageExtension

tracebird.io/extension now walks you through connecting the extension: sign in, open Ads Manager, pick your columns. It shows what Tracebird adds to Ads Manager, links the settings that shape the numbers and answers the common questions.

  • Same numbers as the app: Revenue, ROAS, CAC and Sales, blended, FE and BEExtension 0.1.30

Columns now use the app's standard metrics: Revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV and Sales, each blended (front end + back end), FE and BE. Each has a colored stage mark (violet Σ for blended, blue FE, green BE) beside its plain name, shown as bars or letter badges, or FE / BE name prefixes instead, following Settings > Preferences in Tracebird; click a Tracebird column's mark to switch it between blended, FE, BE, or FE and BE in one cell (side by side or stacked). Which sources count follows Settings > Revenue in Tracebird, so the click credit and count options are gone.

  • Profit, charts, embeds and automations use the standard metricsApp

Ads Manager Profit is Revenue (front end + back end) minus spend, and Meta's own Purchase value and Purchase ROAS are columns under Ad platform. Chart lines now include AOV, Sales and FE / BE CAC, and clicking a line's mark switches it between blended, FE and BE, like Creatives and Audiences columns and embed cards. LTV cards pick a 30-day, 90-day or 1-year window. Embeds and the phone widget show blended Revenue and ROAS, and the Revenue source of truth setting is replaced by Settings > Revenue.

  • Standard metrics: ROAS, FE ROAS and BE ROAS everywhereApp

Revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV and Sales come blended (front end + back end), FE and BE in every data picker: pick a metric, then choose blended, FE or BE (or FE + BE side by side or stacked in Ads Manager columns). Each stage has its own color and mark (violet Σ for blended, blue FE, green BE): bars where FE lights the first bar and BE the last, or Σ / FE / BE letter badges, beside the plain name (ROAS). Prefer no colors? Pick text prefixes (FE ROAS, BE ROAS) in Settings > Preferences > Stage icons. Click the mark on a dashboard card, table column or rule condition to switch it between blended, FE and BE. Older Revenue and ROAS cards now show the blended metric.

  • Your ad account's currency and fewer double-counted salesExtension 0.1.29

Spend, revenue and CAC show in the ad account's own currency (e.g. A$), so spend matches Ads Manager. Sales from a disconnected webhook no longer count, Cortana copies of CRM deals are skipped, and high-ticket back-end sales move from FE to BE revenue.

  • More accurate CRM sales and a front-end-only countExtension 0.1.28

Sales are dated in your ad account's timezone so days line up with spend, won opportunities no longer count as sales, and Cortana webhook copies of GoHighLevel sales are skipped. A new Count setting can show front-end offers only, one sale per buyer per day.

  • Sign in from the toolbar, simpler settings and What's newExtension 0.1.27

Signed out? The Tracebird toolbar button shows Sign in. The Facebook data, revenue date and revenue source settings are gone: numbers follow your workspace's settings in Tracebird. The popup links to this changelog after each update, and cached numbers are cleared when your session ends.

  • Welcome page, toolbar button and faster loadingExtension 0.1.26

A welcome page opens on install, a Tracebird button next to "More" in Ads Manager shows or hides the columns, and accounts with no data get a notice with a workspace switch. Data now prefetches in the background so columns appear sooner.

  • ROAS on the dashboard chartApp

Chart overall, front-end, back-end and blended ROAS alongside cost and rate series on a dual Y axis. ROAS cards turn green or red against their own baseline, and GoHighLevel gets an AOV card.

  • Last 7 days by defaultApp

Reports open on the last 7 days; any range you pick is still remembered.

  • Near real-time Facebook spendIntegrations

Spend refreshes every 5 minutes, with an activity-log change feed, ad account webhooks, lifetime spend and a Sync now button per ad account.
